Paper submission instructions

Use the following step by step instructions to guide you through the paper submission process.

  1. Register as an EDAS member

    To submit paper(s), you are required to have an EDAS (Editor’s Assistant Service) account. You can get one free of charge here .

  2. Register the full paper

    Login to the paper submission portal. Select the correct Track.

    Fill in the Title and Abstract fields and select the correct Track.

  3. Upload the full paper

    Upload the full paper in PDF format . You should receive an email notification upon successful upload.

  4. Final paper requirement

    The full paper should be maximum 8 pages long ( no maximum limit ) and must include the title, author’s names, affiliations and e-mail addresses. The abstract should consist of a brief introduction, rationale, approach/methodology, results/expected findings of the work undertaken. Full paper must be submitted electronically in PDF format.
