Paper Formatting:
- All submissions must be written in English.
- Papers should be formatted with 1-inch margins, double-spaced, and using a clear and legible font (e.g., Times New Roman, Arial).
- Include a title page with the paper title, author(s) name(s), affiliations, and contact information.
- The paper length should not exceed 12 pages.
- Use clear and concise language, and ensure proper grammar and formatting.
Submission Process:
- Submissions must be made electronically through the conference submission system at https://uevent.utp.edu.my/PresentationPortal/Account/Login?ReturnUrl=/PresentationPortal/world-engineering-science-technology-congress-estcon-2024/cfp
- Authors are required to create an account on the submission system to upload their papers.
- The submission deadline is on 31 March 2024.
Review Process:
- Submitted papers will undergo a rigorous peer-review process by experts in the field.
- Authors will be notified of the review outcomes and any required revisions.
Ethical Guidelines:
- All submissions must be original work that has not been published elsewhere.
- Proper citations and references must be included for any external sources used.
- Plagiarism in any form will not be tolerated.
Presentation Guidelines:
- Accepted authors must register for the conference to present their papers.
- Presentation format will be communicated to authors upon acceptance.
